Honest answers,
plain English.
Seven questions Dubai landlords actually ask. If yours isn't here, ping us on WhatsApp.
Do my tenants need to download anything?
No. Receipts and reminders go via WhatsApp. They open a link in their browser if they want to confirm payment or upload a document. That's the most they ever do.
Is this Ejari registration?
No. Ejari registration happens on the official Dubai REST app. We track your renewal dates, send WhatsApp reminders 90, 60, and 30 days before expiry, and link you straight to the right page on REST. We don't file anything for you, and we don't charge for what the government does free.
Can I track parking bays and storage?
Yes. They're spaces, same as a flat or a room. One rent, one tenant, one cheque schedule. Whatever you rent out, wrentrack tracks.
Can my partner or someone helping me also access this?
Yes, on the Pro plan. You invite anyone by phone number. A partner, a family member, or someone helping with day-to-day. Partners see and edit everything you do. Limited-access users get a 4-digit PIN and can only do small things, like marking rent received against a tenant. They cannot see amounts they shouldn't, edit deposits, or change tenant details.
What about cheque bounces?
You mark a cheque as bounced in two taps. wrentrack sends the tenant a polite WhatsApp the same day, schedules a follow-up, and adds the bounce to their record. We don't send to police or banks. That's still on you.
What languages does wrentrack speak?
English, العربية, हिन्दी and Русский at launch. The whole UI flips to RTL for Arabic. Reminder copy is hand-written by a native speaker for each language, not machine-translated.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays. You drop to the free tier (3 properties) and can export everything to CSV or PDF before you go. Records kept for 12 months after cancellation. No hostage-taking.
