Property
A property is the address. It's the thing on your title deed, your DEWA bill, your Ejari contract. One number on one door.
wrentrack › How it works
A whole villa, a flat split into rooms, a mixed-use building with a shop downstairs. They're all the same shape inside wrentrack. Here's the model, the vocabulary, and three real walkthroughs.
A property is the address. It's the thing on your title deed, your DEWA bill, your Ejari contract. One number on one door.
A space is what you actually rent out. A property can have one space (the whole place) or many. A flat split into rooms, a building split into shops, a villa split into a flat plus a servant quarter. Each space has its own rent, its own contract, and its own status.
A tenant is the human being. The name on the cheques, the WhatsApp number you text, the Emirates ID copy in your folder. One tenant rents one space. The same tenant can rent two spaces from you. Spaces with more than one tenant just have more than one. The dashboard shows each rent separately.
The same three words shape every kind of Dubai rental. No special cases.
1 property · 1 space · 1 tenant
You own a four-bedroom villa in JVC. A family of five rents the whole place. There's one Ejari, one tenant on the contract, four post-dated cheques in your drawer.
1 property · 4 spaces · 4 tenants
You bought a four-bedroom flat in Discovery Gardens and rent it room-by-room to bachelors. Each room is its own space, with its own rent, its own contract, its own monthly cheque. Room 3 is overdue this month. Only that row turns amber.
1 property · n spaces · n tenants
You own a small commercial building in Karama with a shop downstairs, two flats above and four parking bays in the back. Different rents, different contract lengths, different tenants. They all roll up to one property, and one column on your dashboard.
