Manage rent across multiple rental properties
One flat is easy to keep in your head. Three properties with a dozen tenants is not. wrentrack gives every property, space and tenant a place, then shows the lot on one screen.
Property, space, tenant
Three simple words cover almost every rental. A property is the address, like Maple Court. A space is something you rent out inside it, like a room, a flat, a shop or a parking spot. A tenant is the person paying rent for a space.
That is enough to describe a single flat, a house split into rooms, or a row of shops. You do not have to pick a property type or fill in a long form.
One space, one tenant or many
Some spaces are rented to one household. Others are rented to several people who each pay on their own. Tell wrentrack how many tenants rent a space independently and it creates a slot for each of them, with its own rent, status and thank-you message.
You can enter the rent for one tenant or for the whole space, and both numbers are always shown. Read more in our guide to rent per tenant or per room.
See every property on one screen
- A summary at the top shows how many tenants are late, how many spaces are vacant and what you have collected this month.
- Spaces that are only partly filled show how many tenants they have, for example 3 of 4.
- Filters bring up only late rent, only vacant spaces, only rent due soon or only rent paid.
Vacant spaces show up on their own, so an empty room never sits unnoticed for a month.
Common questions
How many properties can I add?
You can start free, and the paid plan removes the limit. The pricing page has the details.
Can one room have several tenants?
Yes. Set the number of tenants that rent the space independently, and each one gets their own rent and status.
