A rent tracker for landlords that stays out of your way

If you rent out a room, a flat, a shop or a few dozen of each, you need one answer every month. Who has paid, and who has not? wrentrack gives you that answer on a single screen. It tracks rent only, so it does not take payments or message your tenants for you.

What a rent tracker does

A rent tracker is a record of the rent you expect and the rent you actually receive. For each tenant it keeps the amount, the due date and whether the rent has been paid. Add it all up and you also know what you collected this month.

Most landlords start with a notebook or a spreadsheet, and that works for a while. Then one tenant pays half, another pays late, a third moves out, and the notes stop agreeing with each other. A rent tracker built for the job keeps the facts in one place so you do not have to piece them together.

What you see when you open wrentrack

The home screen shows every property and every tenant with a colored dot, so you can read the whole picture in a few seconds.

  • Green means the rent has been paid.
  • Amber means rent is due within three days.
  • Red means the due date has passed and the rent is still unpaid.
  • Grey means the space is vacant and waiting for a tenant.

At the top you get a short summary of how many tenants are late, how many spaces are vacant and how much you have collected so far this month. You can filter the list to show only late rent, only vacant spaces or only what is due soon.

Set it up in a few minutes

  1. Add a propertyGive it a name you will recognize, like Maple Court or My Shop. A property is the address. Inside it, you add the rooms, flats and shops you rent out, and those are called spaces.
  2. Add the spaces you rentA space can be a room, a flat, a shop or a parking spot. Tell wrentrack how many tenants rent it independently and what the rent is.
  3. Add your tenantsA name and the rent is enough. The rent is filled in for you, and a phone number is optional.
  4. Mark rent paidWhen money arrives, tap Mark paid. The dot turns green and your monthly total updates itself.

Who it is for

wrentrack is made for landlords who want a calm, simple view of their rent. That includes people with one flat, people who rent several rooms to different tenants, and people who look after a handful of properties alongside a day job. If someone helps you collect rent, you can invite them so they can mark rent paid, without letting them change amounts or tenant details.

What wrentrack does not do

We keep the scope small on purpose. wrentrack tracks rent. It does not collect payments from your tenants, write leases or replace your accounting software. The thank-you message you can send on WhatsApp when rent arrives is a courtesy note, not a legal receipt.

Common questions

Is wrentrack free for landlords?

You can start free. The pricing page explains what the paid plan adds when you outgrow the free one.
