Track rent payments in one place
Tracking rent payments should take seconds, not an evening. Here is how wrentrack keeps every tenant's rent, due date and status in step, so a quick look tells you where things stand.
Every tenant gets a clear status
Each tenant is always in one of a few simple states, shown with a color you can read at a glance.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Paid | The rent for this period has been received. |
| Due | Rent is expected but the due date is not close yet. |
| Due soon | The due date is within the next three days. |
| Overdue | The due date has passed and the rent has not been paid. |
| Vacant | There is no tenant in this space right now. |
You never have to work these out yourself. wrentrack compares today's date with each due date and updates the status for you.
Mark rent paid in one tap
When a tenant pays, open their row and tap Mark paid. The dot turns green and the total you have collected this month goes up straight away. If you tapped by mistake, you can mark it unpaid again.
That one tap is the whole job. There is no form to fill in and no formula to copy down a column.
Rent per tenant or per space
Some spaces have one tenant and some have several who each pay their own share. You can enter the rent whichever way feels natural, and wrentrack shows both numbers. If four tenants share a room and each pays $800, you will see $800 per tenant and $3,200 for the room.
Each tenant is tracked on their own, so one late payer never hides behind three people who paid on time. Our guide to charging rent per tenant or per room walks through it with examples.
See the whole month at a glance

- Filters let you jump to late rent, vacant spaces, rent due soon or rent already paid.
- A monthly report shows how much came in over time, and you can export everything to CSV for Excel.
Common questions
What is the best way to track rent payments?
Write down the same few facts every month: who paid, how much, on what date and how. A simple app or a tidy spreadsheet both work. Our guide on how to track rent payments covers the routine step by step.
Can I track rent in any currency?
Yes. You choose the currency you collect rent in, and wrentrack shows every amount in it.
How do I know who is late?
Late tenants are marked in red and counted in the summary at the top of the screen. You can also filter the list to show only overdue rent.
